SHIPPING CLASSES:
Litewater utilizes FedEx as our primary shipping service. These rates are subject to change at any time. Occasionally, USPS shipping services are used. Most orders are shipped via FedEx Express 2-Day or Ground. Larger orders are shipped via freight.
SHIPPING TIMES:
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from Reno, Nevada, usually within 1-3 business days.
If you need expedited shipping, choose the option at checkout and/or if you have immediate concerns please contact our Customer Care team by calling 1-833-548-3928 or emailing info@drinklitewater.com.
Note: Priority Overnight shipping does not include Saturday delivery unless specifically arranged.
Once your package has left the Litewater Scientific offices, please allow 2 days for Express shipping and 2-10 days for delivery for ground in the domestic USA.
Domestic includes all contiguous states as well as Hawaii, Alaska, APO and FPO.
EXPEDITED SHIPPING:
PLEASE NOTE: Our offices are closed Saturdays, Sundays and Federal holidays, which includes our shipping department. We do not ship on these days. This means if you place an order online during a weekend or holiday and select an Expedited Shipping option, your order will ship on the next business day.
SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS CANCELLATION:
Cancelled subscription orders are subject to a restocking fee of 5% if not cancelled before the shipping date.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Please call and/or email before placing international orders!
We use FedEx International and USPS First Class International and provide tracking numbers upon shipment. Each carrier tracks their packages differently. Please check their website for terms & conditions. For example, USPS only tracks to the border.
Shipping times for all carriers vary, so please be sure to check the links provided for shipping estimates. Unfortunately, shipping and customs delays on International shipments are common and are beyond our control.
Another important note is that all International shipping charges paid do not include duty, taxes, or other fees incurred by the destination country. These added expenses will be at the expense of the customer. To determine tax, duty, VAT, etc., please contact the customs/importation department within your country of origin.
Discounted shipping rates - For all International shipments, we subtract 10% to offset the low cost shipping you would get if you were ordering domestically. This is purely a gesture of goodwill to our customers as we know International shipping can be expensive.
International shipping costs and duty fees are non-refundable.
DEUTERIUM TEST KIT AND SAMPLE SHIPPING:
Domestic shipping from and to our laboratory in Reno, Nevada is included in the cost of the service.(A self-addressed return envelope is provided for your sample).
International customers are required to pay for the shipping costs for sending and returning the test to Reno, Nevada*.
*Canadian customers only need to pay for shipping to Reno, Nevada. (Shipping to the customer is included in the cost of the test).
